Antique has some general-purpose transformers that are inexpensive and would work fine for building your Champ. For instance, they have a 5K:8 output that works well for either a single-ended 6V6 output stage or a 6V6 or 12AT7 reverb driver. Mojo has a good selection of parts at reasonable prices, but I believe that they're not too keen on selling to the "general public." (Their policy may have changed since the last time I ordered from them... I don't know). They deal mostly with repair shops and small-scale manufacturers.
