You most certainly can get a D130 reconed. I've done it three times!!
All within the last 6 months (3 different speakers, mind you). Tip: Get
it reconed using a kapton form voice coil (edge-wound, of course), and a
paper dome instead of that aluminum dome. The kapton coil will handle
about 200 Watts, and the paper dome gets rid of the harsh high end. I've
done this, it sounds great, and it won't blow.
