Lets see. I have my New Japan Radio Co., Ltd. data book open. On page 2-1
they list all their versions of the JRC4558:

General Purpose JRC4558
Low Power JRC022
Wide Band JRC4559

This is only partially listed, I don't have the time. The JRC4558 is still
available from the NJR Corporation, 340-B, East Middlefield Rd. Mountain

Description: Dual High Gain Internally Compensated OP-AMP with the
features of the NJM741 Single OP-AMP. Parameter matched for mandatory
gain and phase match applications.
