Thanks Peter,
Corky also co-dedicated his "Chamber Blues" album to Seiji Ozawa and William Russo. It's available on Alligator Records, ALCD 4824, and is a wonderful combination of a classical string quartet and Corky's harp and piano. In the liner notes it refers to Russo's compositions as "Three pieces for Blues Band and Symphony Orchestra" and "Street Music".
Seiji Ozawa conducted the recordings of Russo's music (with Seigal-Schwall) for Deutsche Grammophon (as well as live performances with the Chicago, Boston, San Francisco, and New York Symphonies....).
