Charlie Musselwhite's website has a question and answer section. Charlie recommended playing a riff in 2nd position, then get another harp and try to play the same riff in third position.
Two songs I'm going to work on are:
Kiddeo played in D on a C harp and Rough Dried Woman played in D on a C harp.
Interesting side note. Charlie says the secret of good tone is breathing from the back of your throat.
