Uncle Win,

You're wrong on this one. When I first met Gary in 1995, I was
introduced to him as a "bad-ass" blues player and without ever having
heard me, his first question was if I overblow. I said "overblow"??
meaning that's all I do but he came back with a short demonstration of
the overblows. He wasn't great at it and he admitted it but also stated
it was something he was trying to work into his playing. I haven't heard
his recent stuff so I don't know where he went with the technique but
six years ago he was definately in to it.
