Carefully polish the exterior of the harmonica and then put it securely in a
glass case. This is one of the most difficult harmonicas to work on ever
made, IMO. There are myriad little parts to get lost and putting it back
together properly is rather tricky and time-consuming. Most harp techs I
know regard working on one of these with the joy most vets feel for doing
dental work on a rabid Pit Bull. Moreover, the slide-mechanism just isn't
all that well designed and the thing will never be as competent a standard
instrument as the basic 270 (though not the case for the 10-hole version).
These really are best seen as decoration rather than a working chrom, IMO.
In the end, the same amount of work going into a standard 270 will get a
much more usable chrom.

Of course, if you're determined, then go for it, just consider yourself
forewarned:)
