I don't know about the euro guys but the best in the states are:

The following have available recordings:
Howard Levy - The Master
Michael Peloquin - funky, bluesy, jazzy player. Great ideas, tone and
runs. Easily one of the best.
Carlos del Junco - eclectic blues player with great tone
Sandy Weltman - great klezmer player
Allen Holmes - gentle and thoughtful jazzer.
Dennis Gruenling - great blues player. Killer tone and one of the best
overblowers n the planet.
Adam Gussow - although I haven't heard him use more than 4-6 ob

Bootleg recordings can be found:
Joe Filisko - Joey is a real sleeper, few folks know he's equal to Levy
in proficiency
Richard Sleigh - great rack player who can do it all.
George Brooks - great player. Great intonation. The Micheal Polesky of
the diatonic. ;-)
Larry Eisenberg - nice sweet tone
Jeff Grossberg - plays faster than Popper and was doing it years before.

Rosco Selly - A really dynamic and energetic rocker who really know how
to clean it up. No pun intended.
Dave Pinzino - haven't heard him play anything other than flight of the
bumble bee on the diatonic. Flight of the effing bumble bee!!
Randy Singer - Another great ober. Plays latin and smooth jazz.
Chris Michalek - probably the worst of the bunch.
