Here's Harpie's version. Maybe Larry heard one of the 30 different names
the "pocket ochestra" is known in Germany, Austria and Swizzerland and
that is "Mundorgel" = "mouth organ" in English.

The truth is that Larry choosed this term because he was fascinated that
Germans are even capable to eat complete organs because of their big
mouthes. Believe it or not.
