Apologizes to Chris Michalek. I didn't read two of his posts carefully,
before I replied. I implied that Chris was comparing Miles to Howard, even
though he explicitly said "Though I don't [know] if I'd call him the Miles
Davis of the harp...." Next, I misread Chris' next post, and thought he
said that Howard's first name was Miles, when really it was that he named
his son Miles.
