It's on the Kind Of Blue album. I have it on reel to reel tape, but
I'm positive it's also on vinyl, and it must be on CD by now. The
head is done on bass. The horns play chords, then solo. As I
recall, it's D minor and Eb minor.

The "melody" is:
(R= rest) (all notes 8ths, with a swing feel)

R D1 A1 B1 C2 D2 E#2 C2 |
D2 A1 R R R R R R | R D1 A1 B1 C2 D2 E#2 C2 |
D2 R R R R R R R | (repeat, then move it up a semitone)

(During the 6 R's, play chords Emi7 Dmi7, then up a semitone to Fmi7
Ebmi7)
