Subject: New Online Blues Jam at Bluesharp.org

--Previous Jam--
Everyone wins at a jam because everyone gets to play, but at the last
Online Jam Mojo Red won a little more than everyone else. Mojo Red received
the most votes. Therefore, the two
people responsible for the Bluesharp.org Funk Jam, Rick Beall and Mitch
Weiss, wish to extend a hearty congratulations to Mojo. Great work! For a
whileWill Vogtman was a major threat, but Mojo stayed in the lead.

--The New Jam--
Well, Bluesharp.org is pleased to announce a new contest, and this
contest
has some new twists! To see just what they are, you will need to visit
www.bluesharp.org/jam.html . I will only say that you will be quite
surprized.

You enter the jam by going to www.bluesharp.org/jam.html and downloading
the backing track. Your record your harp against it, and then upload it.
Every time a new song is uploaded, everyone can vote again. The final
decision concerning who did the best overall will be decided by the judges.
The judges will be heavily influenced by the voting patterns. This jam runs
until May 31 2002.

There will be two judges in the jam, myself and a celebrity judge.
This time I've enlisted harp teacher guru Jon Gindick. Jon wrote the
backing track for the contest, a song called "I'm Here", and he is going to
be hanging out in our forum giving playing tips.

Hope to see you there!

Rick Beall
