i just thought this was interesting. i don't really know anything about
e-bay or EV's. but this mic
(http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1516879214) looks to
be an Electro Voice 641. according to the harmonica masterclass vintage mic
page (http://www.harmonicamasterclass.com/vintage_collection.htm) this mic
is just like the well-regarded EV638, only with a longer half-plastic body.

and let me just say, i'm glad to have the list back. even if it is
temporary...
