Michael,

As you may know this is complex (or was complex, if it has changed) for
foreigners. In the meantime, would it be feasible for SPAH to set up a
Paypal account for simple donations ? I know from experience that these
migrations cost a lot of money and I would very much like to contribute.
Ideally of course, if SPAH could allow us to join through Paypal, that would
be best, but maybe "passing the hat" is easier in the short term ?
