I know this is from the last SPAH (2001 in Denver) where I should've been as well and I'm still eating my heart out (I'm bighearted. Really !! Not exactly a brother of mercy , of course)
It's the ensemble playing (2 harps playing in sync actually) and the runs they do that pricked up my ears. Now I'm left with wiggling earlobes. It's Irish music if I'm not wrong. Harmonica grande que joga meus irmaos !! Great harmonica playing brothers !! (Altavista babelfish worked here) I won't tell you where I got these from. No way.
