No. If the amp is grounded, the worst that could happen is a majority portion of the outlet current gets shunted to ground through the capacitors. This can't be good for amp efficiency however. And it could result in constant tripping of any GFCI you plug it into.

So are you saying that if an outlet is wired backwards,and your using a grounded plug,you'll still get a shock from the mic even if the mic shell is properly grounded?Wondering....Dave
