Subject: minor keys

I found harmonic minor keys sound exotic and Middle Eastern plus they
work real well for psychedelic garage band music.The key of A harmonic
minor is easy to play on a C chromatic (A, B, C, D, E, F, G#, A). I like
to play chords on the keyboard while practicing scales. Harmonic minor
allows some pretty gonzo chord sequences. I found A min, F, F min, E to
work quite well.

I'm enjoying the real high harps for 3rd position. F harp playing in G
minor sounds nice. A vamp with G min7 and Eb maj7 sounds nice. The Eb
chord is quite similar to a C min so most of the notes I would play over
the C min chord works well for that chord.
