Subject: Daily Almanac - September 18

Classical composer Arthur Benjamin was born on this day in 1893. Benjamin
wrote "Concerto For harmonica And Orchestra" in 1953 for Larry Adler.

Chicago Blues guitar and harmonica player Louis Myers was born on this day
in 1929. Myers was part of the Aces, the group that back Junior Wells,
Little Walter and many others in the Chicago Blues scene from the late
1940's through the 1970's.

Memphis Jug band leader Will Shade died on this day in 1966. Shade was a
great harmonica player who also helped the careers of Walter Horton and
Furry Lewis.
