One should take note of what Chris says... His vibrato is as good as it
gets. Really.

Chris, a few years ago at BHF, you briefly described producing your vibrato
essentially using the same technique that one uses to add vibrato to plain
old whistling. Not to put words into your mouth, but you might expound a
bit on that notion for the benefit of this group. I know that I found it
helpful.
