Certainly I got it wrong. Thanks for the explanation. My English is a bit
rusty due to lack of use, and, as you suspected, I thought it was loudness
that was discussed. Now I see what he meant. Indeed, it seems very
convenient to have a set of different preamp tubes to set the amp at one's
convenience for each event. Actually, I'm just seeing myself in a couple of
months carrying the amp, the harps briefcase and the tubes briefcase to
each gig...;-)
