A lotta great suggestions so far, I definitely dig the Premier Twin 8. The Harvard was mentioned also but that has a 10" speaker and is a push-pull slightly more powerful amp. I have one of these also and there great amps but not really in this category. The Kalamazoos are good also (and reasonably priced still.) Another great small single ended amp but usually expensive is the tweed Fender Princeton. If you find a deal on one of these grab it. IMHO the best value is still a silverface Champ. These are built like tanks, can still be had on Ebay for less that $200 and though not perfect can be modded very easily into a great harp amp. With an upgraded rectifier, output transformer, and some internal mods these little babies can easily drive a big extension cab. The Supros, Valcos, and Gibsons are all worthwhile amps also.
