It's been a very long time since I've done the song and if memory serves me right, it may have been an Eb harp in 3rd position, or at least that's how I played it. I play slide also and I think the guitar was an open E minor or D minor tuning capoed to F minor. I think it may have been the same tuning that Skip James used which is like standard open D but with the "G" string or third of the chord flatted a 1/2 step. It's been a long time since so I'm going on vague memory here. You'll definitely want a lotta 'verb and delay on the harp on this number if you want to get the original sound.
Regards, Don D.
