Mike, I can't speak for anyone else on this, but
when I say I "mix" my embochures I mean I really
MIX 'em.

I pucker all my bends on the high end, but TB many
of my unbent tones. So, I'm switching constantly
every few seconds. I'll move from a pucker bend to
an octave split to a TB slap to another pucker bend
to a... well, you get the picture.

Same on the low-end. Same in the middle end.

Typically my TB starts at the 3 hole, but I'll
often pucker my bends there when needed.

Hope this helps.
