Subject: Duh - another tongue flutter method

Another method of doing something similar to a flutter
tongue works equally well with blow or draw, but can
only be done with a pucker.

Play a note with a pucker, then flick your tongue from
side to side over the opening. Gets a sort of
mandolin-tremolo repeated note. Not a raucous or as
free-flapping as the
tongue-tip-on-the-roof-of-the-mouth flutter, but
useful. Toots likes to use this for "special' passages
where he plays softly, as a contrast to whatever else
he might have been doing.
