Angela Instruments has a great page of harp mic related accessories:
http://www.angela.com/catalog/microphones/Microphones.html

As far as the "proper" name for these type of connectors goes...
I really don't believe there is one being used...but there are several names
that have been given out by harp players & amatuer radio enthusiasts...

for example:

"Amphenol" - just like "Switchcraft" this is a company name, and not
the "proper" name for the connector in question. But...you can be
90% sure that when the term "Amphenol Connector" is used by harp
players, that they are refering to the "old style - screw on connector".
I'm sure Amphenol had an assigned part # for the connector...but I
don't know what that may have been. The Switchcraft part # is 2501F,
for the peice which gets attatched to the cord. The 2501M is for press
fitting inside a shell, and has a small set of threads, washers, and lock
nuts, for holding it tightly in place. I've seen dozens of these types of
connectors (both types) bearing different company names...but the most
common and popular would have to be Switchcraft & Amphenol.

"Old Style Screw On Connector" - the most common term I've heard
over the years. Although, in Amatuer Radio magazines I've collected
from the 40's thru 60's (QST & CQ) the "proper" name given by different
companies offering Ham Radio microphones with these types of connectors,
has always been "Concentric Audio Connector"...but I've yet to ever hear
anyone actually use the term in public.
