Hambone,
I recommend, "Backbone", as will probably most other fans of Bill. IMO
"Backbone" is a harp classic. "Guilty" is a little more bluesy and he does
some vocals on this one. "Backbone" is very soul jazz and very funky. You
really can't go wrong with any of his stuff though.
Bill is a hell of a swell guy and even gave me some tips on playing.
