Is this a "rattling" or rather a "squeaking"/"whistling" noise? You might
want to search the archives (http://www.garply.com/harp-l) for
"Turbotape". This is a method of applying sticky tape to the reeds close
to where they are affixed to the reedplates that fixes the squeaking. I
haven't quite understood the aerodynamic reason, but it works wonderfully.

I do agree with Chris Michalek, though, that LOs aren't generally the
best harps for overblowing. Try Bushmans or S20s.
