Hi, again. Thanks to all for great advice in advance. I've been listening to a couple of CDs by Sonny Terry and Brownie McGhee with great interest and pleasure. They have had a great time together although it seems they were not even speaking to each other at the end of their careers. How sad but, of course, that's another story. Anyway, what struck me is the ease in which bluezy/country improvision was displayed. You know those beautiful riffs that makes a new harp player "bleed inside-out". Question: does any one know if there is some fellow who has a CD/cassette out there that simply has these riffs on it and nothing else? Now, what I really want is something that doesn't get into all this absolute beginner rhetoric before you hit something worthwhile. I've entered the intermediate stage (I think) of my training and need something like this to throw out there when I'm jamming with CDs of friends. I thought of taping a lot of this stuff and I will if I have to but I know if there is anything is out there that fits the question some one (usually many) know and supply great answers. Thanks--Duane duane~b.sympatico.ca
