AT a gig last spring I played a solo on "It Makes No Difference", the old Band tune. The keyboard player leaned back after the song and said, "Really Good Solo". This guy is a top shelf musician who doesn;t often hand out compliments like this. I was really pleased with myself. Trouble is after the solo was done I couldn't remember a damn thing about what I had played. Still can't.
