Hi all,
I just became the proud owner of a "brand new" ART Xtreme processor/effects box and I have no idea of what to expect or how to use it. I don't even have it "in hand" yet!
It was on ebay and I threw a low-ball bid out there and won it! I know ART discontinued these some time ago, but this is one that a guy had on a shelf and it hadn't sold.
Anyhow... most of the time I play through a Pignose G60VR that has an effects loop. I use a number of different mics, and I've got the tubes set up the way I want them. Sometimes I play my acoustic guitars through the amp using a fishman soundhole pickup. Also, my small PA rig has an effects loop on it...
Now, I'm looking for ANY positive advice on how to use this processor... settings, levels, "neat stuff to try," things I absolutely don't want to try.... whatever.
Please don't send suggestions like, "Use it as a door stop or an anchor!" I didn't pay much for it, but I still don't want to feel bad about buying it.... chuckle.
