Subject: Re: World harmonica music - and a question

Hello Tom,

hope to see you coming September in Bournemouth. There, I could show
you in pratice how to cover 2 or 3 holes with the tongue while playing the
neighboured open chamber (I myself cover 2 holes).

Your question is interesting to me with regard to the normally mentioned
alternative puckering or TB (tongue-blocking). I think, playing that way you
mentioned and I play too is neither nor.

Any thoughts on the list?

In answering Emma's post (Hi, Emma) you wrote:

Furthermore, it may also answer the question why lots of musicans
playing other instruments suddenly detect that the harmonica is capable
for "sound paintings" (one of Harpie's word creations) other instruments
don't "have in the sleeves".

Of course, if such musicians start to play harp besides, they remain
musicians still, unlike my kidding in " Argggh (was: Re: argggh!)"

Keep on harpin'
