Subject: Harp-l V submissions

OK, looks like I will get the ball rolling for submissions....

I can handle CD, DAT, Cassette, and various computer formats. Please try and
use the shortest tape length possible (16-min, 10-min, etc) and highest tape
quality for DAT or cassette submissions. The main reason is for highest
quality sound. Longer tapes are not as good sonically due to bleed-through
and thickness. If you have a file to send via the internet it is probably
easiest if I can download it from an FTP or web site. Or contact me for a
better account to email to than this one.
Let's see, I would rather not post my address to the harp-l archives. If you
have a submission, please e-mail me for where to send it. I prefer to do it
that way, rather than broadcast it list wide. Thanks for understanding. (I
might set-up a PO box to deal with orders, but that is a little ways off.)
I would like to get submissions ASAP and have a sort of quick deadline for
submissions (i.e. a month from now). This is not to be a "big meanie" but
rather to let me work on this when I have more time available.

OK, how does a submission deadline of JULY 23, 1999, sound? That is one
month away. Sounds good to me!! I do want a firm date set soon.

Enough for now.....a preliminary headcount will be nice for how many
submissions to expect.
