I would totally agree with Pat here... except ... i was going at the question from the point of view of an education authority bestowing its largesse and money rather than the view from the pupil. If you have someone of the reputation of Johhny Mars then the question is moot... he has the presence of the blues king and the authoity backed up by solid knowledge... however... we are sadly lacking in J Mars all ove the country
