I don't think there is much in the way of substitutions that you
can make with this amp. Noting that the first two numbers for each
tube are the filament voltages and they add up to about 100 (OK, 97).
This indicates that they are operated from line voltage (nominally 110)
and no other numbers will do. These tubes were designed as a set, and
there just aren't many readily available alternates.

It would be more to your advantage to preserve the originality of such
a vintage amp and maybe work with the speaker to improve the tone.

(I shudder to suggest the preamp/stompbox approach, but since I offer a
product of that nature, I give it as an option.)
