I own the Classic 30. For its price-range its ok for harp. It will take you quite a bit of fooling around with the controls to find a good setting that's loud enough with the right amount of distortion and the minimum of feedback. But it can be done.
My biggest complaint about the Peavey is that the distortion it produces through manipulation of its master volume and gain controls (pre-amp distortion) is kind of noisy with some unpleasant harmonics.
