Hi David...

Music Time Deluxe lets you select different colors for each note. To put
numbers above the notes, you would prob have to use their "chord names"
function and you CAN edit the chord name field as you select it to change
it to any character you want. There is also a chord symbols option and
associated font file...shouldn't be too hard to make and sub in a
harmonica tab font file and use that in place of the guitar chord symbols.

There is a lyrics option for putting characters/words etc below the staff.
