I'm pretty sure this topic came up on harp-l a while ago (check the
archive). Brefly, the harp is called the Boomerange (surprise #1) and it
was made in Australia (surprise #2!). There were a whole range of them made
(not all of them boomerang-shaped), but have been discontinued for a while.
They have been recently reissued by the company that makes Bandmaster
harps, but only the non-boomerang shape. They make a diatonic and a
chromatic under the Boomerang name, but I have no ida what the quality is
like.

If you find any of the older ones, collectors are willing to pay pretty
highly for them.
