PS - I never got round to getting Dr Midnight's books (sorry David) - did
"The Hugh Blues" make it into print? A really nasty 3rd position exercise
he wrote as a study piece for me to work on my draw 3 bends. If so, and
it hurts you as bad as it hurt me ... sorry 'bout that.
