Actually Jim, I've never had the cut hand problem, I guess because I
"bury" the left end of the harp in the left hand's thumb-to-forefinger
web. Basically the front face where the harp's holes are is about on
the same plane as the front surface of the forefinger and that fleshy
part of the hand between the root of the thumb and forefinger (gee,
these technical anatomical details-- should have finished medical school
after all). The real trouble with Hohner's is what they do to the lips;
after a while its like kissing sandpaper. Anybody out there have
experience with lip salves or balms for this?
