I've had a couple of offers to build / maintain a page of harp (and
associated) links.

Let me stress that this doesn't have to be done by one person. In fact,
the more the merrier. I'll be setting up a single account on foo, which
y'all will then share to get stuff done.

On the subject of pages ...

I have all the artistic and aesthetic design talent of a lump of putty.
There have been several versions of logos and artwork floating around, and
I'd like for someone with HTML and graphics skills to create a header /
footer deal for the harp-l pages.
