Just had my first harp lesson at the Old Town School of Folk Music yesterday. Joe Filisko is a great teacher and is definitely committed to this task. He is willing and most able to answer any questions. The class was very laid back and everyone was permitted to take a turn through the mike. I didn't think I would be able to play a note in the presence of REAL players but people like Joe and Buzz Krantz didn't make me feel that way. Buzz, if your out there I'm the guy in the hallway with the Nike baseball cap. Well I gotta go practice my handout from last night Score another one for the harp world!
