Playing with good posture, while difficult, is very important. It's
also difficult to play hard and still keep your neck and shoulders
relaxed. Try to avoid hunching your shoulders and bending over during
those hot solos. I've found it helps to keep the pelvis tilted by
tightening the abdominals and buttocks. This reduces the strain on your
lower back and helps loosen the shoulders. Stretching before and after
each set will also help.
