Richie is also very good harp player. He used to play bass with Big Smokey
Smothers when he lived in Chicago a few years back. He has toured with Jimmy
Rogers. He is a very nice guy, in addition to being a very talented bluesman.
He lived in Chicago for several years and has played with a lot of big time
blues talent.

My wife and I ran into him at Yoshi's in Oakland last year. He was working
with the Jimmy Rogers Blues Band. I hadn't seen him in about ten years.
Although he didn't remember me, he chatted with us for about 30 minutes
and gave us some club recommendations in the Philly area.
