Ronnie, my impression is (along with being very smart and an excellent writer) that you are too hard on yourself and that your definition of what good music is is too narrow for your own good. Success grows out of self-defined success more easily than self-defined failure. By the way, although I can play as dangerously as anyone, the music that flows from my soul is definitely in the "comfort zone" and has Zamphyr, Kenny G. like qualities. The hardest and most thrilling gig I ever played was with a 90 piece symphony orchestra doing a...Stephen Foster medley. Do dah, do dah...Jon
