Subject: 270 in G

I think I'll tune my G 270 like a 4-octave minus the bottom and top two
holes. Anyone tried this? I play C 270 most of the time and occasionally
use a tenor-tuned 270. I use the G 270 mostly for range and transpose
mentally.

12 reeds will stay the same, 12 go down a whole step, 11 go down a half
step, six go up a half step and 7 go down a minor third. Sounds easy.
What do you think? (I don't like 64s.)
