I also to subscribe one of the hi-fi lists, and these guys say that
~everything~
burns in, tubes, capacitors, transformers, speakers, etc....

I don't know if I'd go that far, but certainly the tubes will change over
time. I guess the way to know for sure would be to go to a store and play
a new amp of the same type.
