Just as mysteriously and suddenly as it appeared, the quarter tone
sharp disappeared from the Draw 2 of my Golden Melody. Yesterday when
it sounded out of tune I compared it with a Lee Oscar and the pitch
was definitely different; I considered that it might be the equal
tempered tuning of the Golden Melody. But then I compared it with
itself, Draw 2 vs. Blow 3. The Draw 2 was decidedly sharper than the
Blow 3.

It just confirms my animistic view that the little tin sandwich
has a soul and a mind of its own. Yesterday it just decided to be
sharp for a little while. Maybe it was my ears.
