I ordered Bill Dicey's tape on Advanced Techniques of Amplification, Tone etc.
back in 1991. It was advertised in Living Blues Magazine. I never received the
tape and my inquiries were not answered - now I know why. I didn't realize he
had died. Anyone know the story?
