2006 Brookdale Guitar Show
Just a reminder that the 2006 Brookdale Guitar Show is coming up again on 2/19. I will be there and if anyone needs me to be a buying agent, they should let me know.
The way it works is, if you want a particular amp, I will check out the show for amps (or guitars, or mics or effects) and give you a call from my cell. If we agree that the deal sounds righteous, I'll buy the amp, then you send me the cash plus a 10% finders fee and actual shipping costs. (No credit cards or paypal. No overseas deals.)
Guitar shows are often much cheaper than eBay because the deal is in cash and the dealer doesn't have to pay ebay and paypal fees and doesn't have to ship.
I will be going to the Auburn, MA show in March and the Capital Region (Saratoga Springs, NY) in April. I might make it to the Oswego, NY show, but that is still tentative. (It's one hell of a hike for me.)
